Dear Sir/ Madam,
Packers and Movers with the company name Woodland Packers and Movers having GST number 27FSYPS4686B2ZS having office address Prayagraj.
Email ID: woodlandlogistics2012@gmail.com was agreed to move my some household material on 29th April 2022 from Shantipuram, Phaphapmau, Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh.
He quoted 5000/- for (1 king size bed with storage, 2 single Mattress, 1 window Ac, 1 rug, 2 kitchen items bags)
(the above charges are including the packing, loading, unloading and fixing of material in site) Also he agreed to refund if in case any damage happens.
Now after loading the material on 30th april 2022, first he said i need to pay full amount immediately then only they’ll load items on truck, I paid them instantly full amount 5000/- Then after few hours in the evening they called again and said items are too much you have to pay 2000 more immediately otherwise we will not move the truck .
If you won’t pay then collect your items from transport nagar.
However i negotiated then he agreed on 1000/- we paid it immediately.
Meanwhile they blackmailed me said i I’ll not pay then my luggage won’t move to the destination.
(While loading they were throwing AC and all other luggage, My bed corners got scratched)
After receiving amount they said we’ll deliver on time.
It’s been 2 days now they’re not responding once he received call and said i don’t know about what you’re talking.
