Hello,
I am using tata sky for more than 5years, I am the part of the tata sky family, I called the customer care regarding on the issue
++poor signal
++raised the complaint for several times
++why they charging the technical visit for 170 , if signal problems.
++it’s the matter of 2000 to 3000 connection here.

I got the answer from the supervisor of pune department Ashish Thakur
++Direct speech of closing with customer
++Not correct explanation
++Don’t know the difference between center and branch.

I ll look forward to resolve it within 24hours from tata sky.
