Dear Shadowfqx Team,
*Subject : Complaint on Employee id no. 1863678
Employee Name: Wakil Ahmed*
This is to inform you that there was an incident where we have caught your delivery guy as mentioned above details entered into my home at 2nd floor without notifying us and ringing the bill. Your delivery partners doesn’t even know where they should deliver their order and enter the houses with permission. When we caught him running upstairs, we check the order which was totally a wrong address and that too he is not guilty for disturbing the residents.
I am writing this email that this is not a good practice and kindly take a serious action in order to avoid in future.
We hope that it will not repeat in future.
