In October 2024, my wife and I received a call from Sai Vacation informing us that we had won a prize and invited us to attend a seminar. During the seminar, we were introduced to a 3-year membership worth 95000 rupees, which would include benefits such as 21 nights of hotel stays worldwide, 6 couple movie tickets per year, three dinners anywhere in Pune, summer camp coupons for kids, one year of gym access, one banquet hall booking in Pune, and a few other benefits.

After purchasing the membership, we have been unable to receive the promised services. On one occasion, we planned a weekend holiday to Lonawala, but nobody from Sai Vacation provided us with reasonable hotel options. On another occasion, we inquired about booking a banquet hall, but Sai Vacation informed us that the banquet service had been stopped. We also contacted them for a one-year membership to Gold Gym, but they denied having a tie-up with Gold Gym.

These incidents have left me feeling depressed as I have been paying monthly EMI for unsatisfactory services. Despite being in contact with Sai Vacation’s customer support for the past year, I have not received any resolution.

After being dissatisfied with the services I asked them to cancel my membership but they refused to provide me a full refund.

Now, I am seeking legal support to get my full refund of 95000.
I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.
