Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Rajesh K. I have done recharge of Rs.399 for my Airtel no. 9741080433 on 18th May 2020 at 8 AM.
I have done recharge by using my vijaya bank App. Below I have attached the screenshot of transaction details.
Actually amount is debited from my account but the services are not yet get activated. I unable to reach your customer care support experts by using 121 or 198 toll free numbers.
So I am sending this complaint mail. Please consider it and update the status of my recharge as soon as possible.
