Hi My name is Rajiv Thapa I am Siliguri
I have a complaint on Sri RS Service Centre it’s a authorised TVS service centre.
I went for servicing of my vehicle the service was not good.
But the main issue is they have charged me 445rs extra. When I get to know about this I went back to service centre now they are telling me they will adjust the amount on next servicing but I don’t want be here again.
So, I want to raised a complaint against Sri RS Service Centre on over charging and not returning my money back.
I kindly request the department to look into my issue and hope to be resolve asap.
