Text of Complaint by HARIKUMAR:

I am using ICICI Bank Fastag for my car. I have always keep an average balance and at present I have a balance of Rs 938/- I have recharged for Rs 500/- 2-3 days back. On 15th Oct when I traveled through Kumbalam Toll plaza ETC they said that amount rejected due to Insufficient fund. I have shown SMS in the mobile. But they were not accepted and ask me to double charges.  I refused and pay the actual amount. Then I contacted customer care No, they said may be your fastag chip is damaged. I contacted ICICI bank for clarification. They said to contact Fastag Booth near NH toll booth. When I returned I asked in the same toll booth for FASTAG booth. But no booth is there. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

    ON THE DATE OF 09 NOV21, I GOT A MASSAGE DEBATED 380 /- RUPEE FROM MY ICICIFASTTAG ACCOUNT FOR THE TRIP NO 1237934479.
