I ordered Krypton k5 mobile (prepaid 4499/-)inEzeephone site on 3rd June 2020. At that time I get ordered confirm message to my number. On 4th June I am unable to login to that Ezeephone website , it seems that my email and password is wrong. Then I call to the customer care of Ezeephone , he told me that your order is get cancelled. Even I did not get any order cancelled message also. Please help me to get my money back 4499/-.
