I recently created an account on Dhani app and uploaded the details needed. My account got activated and It was shown that my credit limit is 1lakh rupees and I have to pay a monthly subscription fees of ₹1061 after which my card will be activated. I realized that the card and the company is a fraud has been giving misleading advertisements regarding free card when they are charging horrendous monthly fees. I immediately decided to close my account. I couldn’t find any option to close this account and therefore wrote to Customer care and also called their helpline number. To my horror, I am being told that I have to pay my subscription fees even for cancellations. Only after paying I will be able to cancel my account or else legal actions will be taken against me. I haven’t even used their services and decided to cancel soon after. I haven’t made any purchases too nor do I have any open loans from their account yet I am being asked to pay 1061₹ just to close my account. This is one of these loan frauds which advertise falsely and then threaten people. Please take action and resolve my complaint.

Oh thank you for informing me. DHANI APP IS ALSO CHEATING. ALL LOAN APPS ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMER’S.
