I have been a loyal customer of Airtel from past 10 years and I was with Airtel because of which wonderful service but to my surprise I have faced a very bad experience with Airtel DTH I am correspondent of private school who holds strength bout 8000 members and I bought Airtel DTH connection 3 years ago but I am facing a great a problem in installing my Airtel DTH when approached the dealer we had a reckless and you responsible answers in my conversation and I begged him Tu To reinstall my Airtel DTH but he couldn’t do that and number of complaints had been raised by me e to the Airtel customer support in order to resolve my shoes but they fail to do so and I tried many of the mobile numbers Vishva given by the customer support executive my complaint was registered on 9th September but still now there was no response from the dealer even I have requested for a new connection but there was no response from the dealer I hope you would look into the issue and resolve as quickly as possible expecting stronger resolution in this aspect please do the needful in this regard I am attaching all the Purchase details of my I DTH box
