- I have two numbers 9701858885 and 9849486033. The number 9849496033 was transferred to my name from my company on retirement.
- About one year back my number 98494 96033 was not getting 4g instead 2g was working. I complained many times at asrao nagar customer service centre but to no avail.
- Later , communicated to airtel via email, and received reply by customer service advisor that much area net work was not proper whereas on 9701858885 working with 4g.
- Later, I went to meredpally on work and wanted to pay bill. I told him, and he resolved issue in 24 hours.
- I went today to pay my bill and wished to transfer my number 9849496033. They asked me to take a appointment slip. I took it showed VIP SERIAL NUMBER: 1. As there was no board fir VIP, I asked and told to go to counter 5. I went as no one was sitting. I asked the lady I am in line of VIP.. she said wait called another customer. I asked then why u have VIP list. She said very curtly wait. Her name she claims is chandrika.
- I am a sr. Citizen and been with airtel for more than 5 years with both the numbers.
- This kind of treatment is highly objectionable and insulting and not guiding customer properly and respecting.
- I asked many times for manager and always he/ she is not available.
- No display of any legal notices are displayed as per shops and establishment act. How airtel such a big company doesn’t display and float law. If u have exemption please let me know.
- Hope u will take appreciate action on the persons concerned or let them apologize.
- I am thinking of raising a complaint at appropriate forum.
- A word in response will be appreciated.
