Hi Sir / Madam
Greetings of the day!
We have paid 15300 INR for goa tour package for 2 nights along with pick and drop cab services. They have provided worst room to us. But we have paid for the super deluxe package. We conveyed the same to travel agent along photos evidences. Even though they are not responding to our messages. We are paying extra amount for everything even though they are included in the package. We have paid the total package amount well in advance. Now they are not responding. Even the room also assigned very lately to us. We have waited for four hours. So in this regard we are requesting you to kindly take appropriate action against on this.
Here we are attached the room condition pics and i have payment transaction also which i have paid to travel agency. Im trying to upload it. But it was not supporting to upload. Kindly take appropriate action on this.
