I am Anushree Gupta. I appeared for the TOEFL IBT home edition on November 14.
My ETS id is 63EF16F1 and my test appointment number is 5938411227713548.
The expected time for results is around 4-5 days. I received a mail from ETS stating that my score is delayed and it will take 2-4 weeks. I haven’t received my scores yet; it has been over 45 days. I missed multiple college applications due to the unprofessional behavior of ETS. I spend most of my evenings trying to contact them. They rarely pick up the calls after putting me on hold for hours and then fail to provide any satisfactory explanation. At times, they ask to appear for the exam again, which costs around Rs 16,000. Basically, they ask me to pay Rs. 16000 because they are having some issues processing my results. I have never seen such a well-planned money-looting scheme going on anywhere else.
I can see my whole hard work and money getting wasted due to such unprofessional behavior. I will use all sources to file a formal complaint against ETS, which conducts TOEFL so that they stop this mental harassment of students. At the same time, I expect them to provide me with my results because I have paid them for exam results, not for a mental harassment scheme.
Please help me solve this issue. Anyone who had a similar experience, please let me know. I will be highly obliged.

I am currently facing the same issue with ETS. My scores were on hold for the past 4 weeks and now they are saying that I might have gotten some kind of help during my exam, which is absolutely incorrect. They have not even given any kind of proof stating what kind of help I was provided. I have been trying to reach them for 3 weeks. Have mailed them so many times but haven’t got any revert back. I just want to know that did your issue got solved or did you never received a copy of your results.
It would be really helpful if you could update me.
