i have booked a ????? ???? ?????? ?????? ?? ????????? from agoda and after booking confirmation i was called also in hotel to confirm booking and hotel ????? ???? ???????? ????? also confirmed my booking but when i am arrived in hotel he denied to acceptance of my booking he said if you pay extra rs 2000 then you do check in so that’s why i can’t check in the hotel this was very bad experience for me and my family of this hotel i want to complain against this hotel and also agoda booking please suggest how to do a legal complaint of this hotel i have also a video of hotel and staff to denied of check in hotel
