Dear Airtel Team,
I am extremely grateful for your customer care executives; however, I must express my disappointment as they have not been truthful. I lodged a complaint on 05.08.2025 regarding my non-functional Wi-Fi, and each day I was assured that a service technician would arrive to resolve the issue. Yesterday, I spoke with an Airtel customer manager for 45 minutes on call who insisted that I wait another 24 hours. When I called again today, I was met with hostility from your customer executive, who insisted that I must pay the bill despite my Wi-Fi not working. It seems that your team is only available to speak, yet I am left without a solution.
Please proceed with cancelling my connection. I will ensure that no family member considers using Airtel in the future, as I am left with a lasting anger towards your team.
Additionally, your customer executives do not seem to value communication.
I kindly request that you review all my recorded interactions to understand my concerns and the issues I have faced. I have consistently requested a cancellation, and I am perplexed as to why this process has taken so long.
