I borrowed a loan and I had to repay it on tomorrow but their executives called me and said you have to pay it in today only i.e. before one day of payment. All that was fine but the executive totally harassed me and misbehaved with me. He used foul language and started talking filthy to me and he deliberately abused me. As a result, I made the payment. after that he tried to blackmail me that he will create a WhatsApp group and add all of my friends and will share my personal information with them and he mentioned that he will insult me intentionally in front of them.
I lost my mental peace and almost got a high blood pressure. I want a compensation because my self respect, my image has been by destroyed in seconds by some random man. I was never wrong at my part but still even after making the payment he blackmailed me stating he will insult me and asked me to apologize to him. I’m writing to you because I concerned authorities to take necessary actions.
Also security of client’s data should be a serious concern. No one can use it like this and blackmailing on behalf of data is a non negotiable offense. Please revert for the same.
