Respected authority,

I continuously get N number of calls day in day out (more than 10-20 calls). The height of shamelessness, they start calling from 6AM till post 11:55PM and that too on whatsapp, personal number family member’s number and speak very arrogantly and use abusive language.

I got a call today morning and a lady & a guy used abusive language I feel ashamed to even repeat those abusive words. They spoiled my day, they have been harassing mentally so bad. Please help me file a complaint against them and get help.

I had taken a personal loan of 1lac from Navi, due to some medical emergency we requested to change the date of EMI and postpone it to couple of days so that no any EMI bounces. They agreed for the same and asked me to pay the first EMI and then they will change the date from next EMI but they did not fullfill their promise. I have been paying EMI on time as I promised to their support system.

Support system always appologize for the misbehave and malpractice by the collection team and collection team keeps doing malpractices. This has to stop somewhere. They are voileting all the guidelines of collections practices, they making people’s lives hell. They abuse, humiliate and keep harassing people in the name of collection.
