We have raised a complaint to enable our router with bridge mode so that we can install the firewall.
First we were misguided by your customer care staff yesterday morning to do a hard reset which resulted in no internet connection from 11 am to about 9 pm yesterday. All our month ended related activities came to a halt.
Appreciate you urgent intervention to resolve this issue at the earliest.
