Hi
I am an airtel dth customer. My tv is showing error code 001 since 9 december engineer came and fixed it and rudely said to me you will have to pay 150 Rs everytime it gets an error no matter if it happens every single day to which I replied I am a senior citizen you shudnt speak to me like that to which he started abusing me
After 1 day again my tv was not working when I complained in airtel they sent me the number of engineer, when I called him he said he will not come and threatened me saying ” Jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo”
I lodged a complaint in airtel on 11 dec and many more after that but my Issue is still unresolved.
