I am facing problem in receiving SMS and sending SMS from 24th December, I was trying to send money to my mother for emergency, but i was not getting OTP from Bank, so I complained to Airtel on 24th December, 2020 they asked me to do some setting which I did, but it was working only for 10 minutes, again it was not working,
2. I had done my COVID TEST on 8th January 2021, but I didn’t receive OTP, So I complained again on 8th Jan 2021, but they told me that I get a call from their senior manager, but I didn’t get a call, again myself I tried to save service center number in my message setting and switched off the mobile and switched on again, it was working for 5 minutes, so got OTP. afterwards I did my CIVID Tes on 8th Jan, 2021, but I didn’t receive my report, again I complained to AIRTEL Customer care, but problem not yet resolved, Without COVID TEST report I am unable to goto my Job, on 11th Jan, 2021 I complained to AIRTEL Customer care, they assured that Their senior personnel call me before 12.00pm, I was waiting their call, But they didn’t.
