I’ve logged internet not working complaint on 19th of May 2021, my ticket no. 9675463 with GTPL, they claim to resolve any complaint within 24 hrs, but it’s been more than 48 hrs now and still the complaint is pending for visit.
As a customer, i am extremely disappointed with the after sales service of the said company.
