Filed complaint day before yesterday against jio fiber a/c 3335503007. Promised by your customer care that technician would visit yesterday between 6 and 8 p.m. Nobody turned up. Rang up today and customer care executive Arpita Saha informed that technician will visit but could not give any time. 3 days of downtime has occurred. When I sought for extension of validity date, was told that us not possible. This us sheer cheating
