I Have order a shoe rack from shopperszone.co.in and i have received order today i.e 07/03/2024. Shoe rack price was 999 INR. when i opened the box it was in damaged condition and not working properly. and also which i have ordered that was different from which i have seen image while ordering.
I have attached images of my product. Please see to it and kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

I ordered shoe rack from shopperszone site…. Now when i recieved my parcel… I found that wrong thing is delivered to me and it is damaged… they are fraud and even they don’t have provided any contact information…. I don’t know what to do now
