My name is MRUTYUNJAYA MUKHI .Iam writing this letter to complain about reciving damage products from your company.
I am order acer-crombook computer on 22th june 2021.Date of delivery 25th jun 2021 amount paid by bajaj emi card paid rs-23,890/.when i opend the courier the product was in a damage position.My order no-OD222120514408948000 and Registered Mail ID- mrutyunjayamukhi1998@gmail.com , Registered Mobile Number- 9337648503.Then he raised return request to flipkart agency and technician also visited and checked this products the product is damaged but the company cancelled his request without giving any resolution. The company cancelled his request total 4 times without any reason.there for i am requesting you to send a person to take this damage goods back please refund my amount for the same.It was very disppointing to me as i have a lot of trust in your company.
