Respected Concerned Authority,
It is stated that I moved into this town a month ago and decided to use your internet service as your exchange was the closest to my house but now, I think that I made a huge mistake. I have no internet since the past week because apparently, my internet line is dead. (Show your actual problem and situation).
Moreover, I have been sending complaint letters to the providers a few times but received no replies what so ever. The bandwidth I signed up for was of 3/4/5 Mbps but all I’m getting is 1 Mbps (or less) which is totally unacceptable because being a freelancer, I need high-speed internet at all times.
Kindly fix my internet as soon as possible and provide me with the best of your services. I hope that you will find my matter concerning and work on it as soon as possible.
