Sub: Complaint Letter by Owner for Split Air Conditioner is not cooling in our Showroom
Respected Sir,
Last Year 20th July, 2021, we have bought new split DAIKIN AC 1.5T for our showroom. The electrician did installation of the ACs and assured us that they will not cause any problem for the same and it comes with 1 year standard warranty. We have bought AC form authorize distributor / dealer (Invoice attached).
However, AC is not cooling from day 1 onwards and we requested services team M/s. Gaurav Enterprises, Shastri Nagar (Delhi) for the problem. They have visited 7 times in one year to check Ampere and compressor but they couldn’t able to find any cause to rectify the same. At the end they have passed the time by assuring us that AC is working fine now and afterwards winter arises our moral also get down and look forward to see the case in next summer.
We humbly request you to kindly look into this matter on top most priority and do the needful. We wish either company would return our Invoice amount else they will replace our AC with new working one.
