When I call to jio customer care number firstly 5 min didn't attend my call then after received my call then I told to my problem to jio customer executive then she say I can't help you but I transfer to call my senior then executive my call are hold and no response my hold timing is 1:30 hr but steal no response then I cut the call because they didn't respond my call about 1-2 hr
Complaint is that when I made a call in customer care, then the customer care customer would hold my call and steal please do the action of customer care executive of miss management with me
