Text of Complaint by Anju:

I ordered for kurta set for rs. 608 but I received men’s shirt, at the very moment I initiated the return with the image and even had a conversation with the customer service. After sometime they generated AWB and scheduled Xpressbess for pick up.

The delivery guy made a huge scene in front of my house by saying that they cannot take the product back as its not same as shown in the picture so they cannot do the quality check.

After confirming with his office they took my order back. But now the problem is when I check meesho app it says that the return has been cancelled by delivery partner even in the Xpressbess website it shows failed.

Such a bad customer service from meesho even their delivery partner was so rude towards me and tried threatening me by saying he would throw away my product.
Kindly do the needfull.
