I have stated the chat to know why I am not able do my package recharge but the agent was so rude and he saying only one line that the server is down.
So I ask him to do the recharge from his end but he denied and when I ask to log a complaint he was questioning me that why I want to log a complaint and after 3-4 times when I asked to log a complaint then he logged one and shared the number but got text message that one request number was raised not complaint.
Also when I asked to get me through his manager he smartly told that manager is not there, so how come any agent is working with without manager.
I am paying for the service which I am not getting and when I tried for seeking help I get through to some rude agent who doesn’t know the customer service.
I want anyone to look into this and get this sorted.
If there is any outage or service is down then there should be something with the agents that they can do that from there end.
TATA SKY is such a big company where TATA being a well known company in India and SKY is also a big company in The UK, then why such type of agent is being hired who doesn’t know the customer service. Also he ;disconnected the chat while I was typing.
Also when I told that I will complaint regarding this to TRAI, he was not worried and lightly told that okay go ahead.
And one more thing is that when ever I tried to call the customer care it says that they are busy and I will get a call back within 10 minutes but no one turned out to me.
