So as of 04/08/2021 , me and my friend booked an air ticket from Flipkart seperately, but due some reasons flight got cancelled by the airlines itself, we got a mail from the airlines. So, according to the rules we were supposed to get full refund within 30 days. So, we applied for the refund seperately ( me and my friend ) but the problem is that my friend got full refund within 15-20 days . And I didn’t get full refund , i just got 1,128 inr in around a month and the rest of the money i still haven’t got . I am complaining, talking to customer care since 7 months i have called them , e-mailed them and i didn’t got any solution for my problem. Every time i talk to them they say we will call you in 24- 48 hrs.. we will solve your problem, don’t worry sir ,etc etc. But as of today 26/03/2022 its been around 7 months and so . But i haven’t got full refund yet. And Flipkart owes me 23,418 inr plus i would like compensation also of all the trouble i have been through because of this FLIPKART company. One thing i would also like to mention that always they keep telling me that your problem is in top priority, you will get a solution soon , but the thing which i don’t understand is that are 7 months not enough for returning the money which is totally mine???
Please to whomever this concern, kindly help me out as soon as possible , cuz i have been mentally tortured by this company due to all this mess.
