I would like to inform you that I had purchase the product from flipkart i.e. (2 cabin bag of branded product during festive season), however i have received different product with different brand other than which was ordered. Now i have chasing for return of product and refund of amount since more than 15 days, however till now no one turnaround to do the needful. Flipkart had rejected twice the returned request stating that return policy is from seller end which could be accepted. Flipkart is making customer fraud and fooling in the festive season.
