Hello there,
I am writing this complaint against Airtel d2h after trying to connect with Airtel customer support thrice. I have filed complaint again and again about channel subscription but didn’t receive a response. It’s been more than 15 days I have registered complaints. I have recharged my d2h on 13th Aug’20 but still few channels are not activated though these channels are viewed as subscribed in the My Airtel app.
Looking forward to resolving issues ASAP.
