2 month ago I applied for internet connection to Tikona, but installation isn’t possible in my area due to large buildings, so I applied for refund, it’s been 2 month i didn’t get my refund amount whenever i talk to customer care about this they say “describe payment mode in mail and send on refundfld@tikona.co.in”, I have sent them mail many time with payment mode description but yet i didn’t get my refund amount. they just sent me “describe your payment mode”.
