Dear sir/madam,
I have requested the loan amount of five thousand.(Rs.5000/-)
But, instead of five thousand they credited Rs.2950/- and service fee is Rs.2000 & interest Rs.50/-. My due date to repay is 04.07.2023
I am not aware that “Ok Rupee” application is fake.
I have sent so many emails to their customer care email id okrupeevip@hotmail.com but there is no response from them. To avoid any issues I tried to repay the loan today (30.06.2023)even before my due date but I am not able to complete the transactions with their UPI Id. I get a message that payment cannot be completed as it is very risky. I have sent all the screenshots to them and I have not got any response from day one.
