I did a recharge of 499 on 24th March of my wifi and I got to know the wifi is got suspended when I made the call to customer care, due to not recharging for previous months. After this the airtel company sent some technician to my home for seeing if everything is working or not and they told me that the landline number associated with your wifi has got changed now, so I asked them if there is any more needful things please let me know but they assured that no there is nothing like that. In next month when I did recharge on 29th April, the company said that you have not made any recharge in march so we have deducted this money for the previous month. I talked and conveyed my concern to nearly 10 customer care people and everyone told me that this will be resolved but now we are in month of june and still that money of 499 rupees has not been credited to my airtel wifi account. Please look in to this as it is getting irritating now. Thanks to the concerned person in advance.
