I have Installed Jio fiber for Rs 1500 on 22 June 2022 and Disconnect it on 18 July 2022 within 30 days of installation.
and company gave me offer that if you cancel your device within 30 days after device installation your device will be picked by compony within 7 days after disconnecting.
you will get your full deposit money in 14 days after successful device pickup.
But in my case company has delayed the device picking process, instead of picking device within 7 days after disconnection they picked it up after 60 days (6 September 2022)
in this time duration I have complaint many times regarding device picking process they just asking me to wait that their engineer will come and pick up your device but for almost 60 days and company-imposed installation charge that is Rs 1000 and refunded only Rs 500 to me. I want my Full Money as from my side there is no delay at all. and clearly company delayed this process, and they are just forwarding complaint not picked up my device. and behalf of this, there is Mistake from my side.
I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK
