I had ordered a wired earphones of xiaomi company from Amazon on 20th July 2023, and it was expected to delivered on 22 July 2023 but they did not delivered it then they told it will be delivered by 24 July 2023 but again they did not delivered the order, after that they told me to deliver the order on 26 July 2023 but I did not received order after that I talked to them and they told me that anyhow it will be delivered on 27 July 2023 before 6:00 pm but I did not received order, they just keep giving me false hope from last one week so I want to take legal action against the Amazon and I want compensation for giving me false hopes, from there false hopes I got disturbed.
