I have a jiofi 3 and a jiofi 4 but still none of them is working properly since it shows full range even then there is no internet access on the connected device. And i also have a prepaid jio card in my phone, it also experiences same type of problem regarding the network the problems are as follows- the is a lot of disturbances while calling, there is no network coverage even in my home though I am living in a metro city , still i am experiencing such problems.

I hope there will be immediate action taken against these problems i have been facing since I have bought those numbers and routers.
