Dear Sir/mam
I took 10 years membership of karma 2 years back by paying 1,25,000 in one shot at bharuch.Now karma Change name to valora. Every year they call me to pay annual maintenance charges after paying that they didn’t receive my any call about holiday booking even their customer care number is also always busy or not answering. I visited ahemdabad office and met vedanhi (manager of valora) she gave her number but never gave reply and every time they asked for higher Money. All valora is fraud even they deduct my holidays where I never book for that
