HI,
MY complaint is about internet issue and speed is absolutely zero. I am unable to send even a two word text message to anyone. Since five months i register complaint with Airtel but they keep providing me assurance and assurance but today am not agree for any thing. Finally they told me network team provide a note that “Airtel unable to resolve my internt issue as prime location in Noida sector 60.
I asked for documented mail they refused and told me only verbal they informed .Spoken with their Manager Dilip Kumar and Sr Manager Megha and both provide me same answar. The way both of them speaking to me it realized that they showing pity on me by speaking to me .Its absolutely ridiculous that number one telecom company showing multiple add for network and speed having this kind of staff and behavior with customer.
I need to tale this cse at much higher level so next time they think thousands of time before suffer a customer mentality.I am not to touch with my office staff not able to send any important thing .For past five month they continue to provide wrong information .
