I booked a under construction flat with Dosti builders. After few days due to financial constraints I requested to cancel my booking and requested for refund of token amount. I reached out sales team multiple times however ratnesh their sales team member confirmed on phone that the amount is not refundable. I notified them via email multiple times but all in vain.
