with reference to the above , very regret to say that your poor & worst services have pinch me whereas i was the fan of tata sky and i always recommended to others for this but during last 2 weeks it is proved that i was wrong in selection of tata sky.
1 before selecting of channels as per trai rules , our HD channels were stopped by you.
2 when we selected online basic + hindi basic channels without HD after complaint over toll free no where we were compelled to recharge for 50/ first when our due date was 05/04/2019 ie two months balance was with you, after doing this , the following channels were discontinue which are already free channels .
channel no 536 , 809 and 830
again i talked over toll free no ,it was said that its will be done online company can not change, accordingly when we changed and added on line above 3 channels . then HINDI BASIC CHANNELS were discontinued , after talking on toll free no , once again it was said that change online we can not change , then again we were compelled to change online , then again above reffed 3 channels are discontinued (which are free channels) and still its are discontinued.
it looks the quality of your company as well as your staff.
3 besides above , previously when we had taken DHAMAL MIX + HD channels due date was 05/04/2019 and after changing as per TRAI RULES (without HD AND SAME CHANNELS) , and recharged for extra rs. 50/ due DATE IS REDUCED TO 02/04/2019,
i CANNOT understand your working , for this we made complaint for 3 times online and 8-10 times on toll free no. but no proper reply and answer is given for our complaint which shows that how you care for your customers , it means that when once we deposited (recharged) the money, we depend on you , you can do what you want but we can do nothing against you because our money is with you and we are compelled in every thing on your desire.

LOOKING TO THE SITUATION AND AS PER NEW GUIDELINES OF TRAI , YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE OUR PACKAGE OF DHAMAL MIX WITH HD UPTO 05/04/2019 AND CREDIT RS. 50/ ADDITIONALLY RECHARGED BY US DUE TO YOUR FORCE.
