I have purchased a service from the company (IRCTC Dongle) for Rs.3776/- on 05-01-2022. Till now I havn’t got any response from them regarding this. Whenever I call them for any information regarding this, they always deny to give any information regarding this. Its been 7 months and I have not got the dongle yet nor any updates from them. I request you to please look over the matter and kindly do the Justice. I want my refund on my Bank Account and please take necessary actions against the company as I am not the only one facing such issue.
