I am writing to express my disappointment with the resolution for the issue of Refund for my car – White Honda City ( HR05AR1853).
The issue I encountered was a refund for my returned car and the loan closure for the same . Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, you refund the amount after almost 2 months that too not the full amount which I had expected I was left unsatisfied with the outcome. This has caused me inconvenience and frustration.
Most importantly, the loan EMI of Rs. 15,130 was deducted from my account on February 2, 2023, meaning that my loan account has not yet been closed. The fact that you were unable to close my loan account is totally unacceptable and unprofessional of you guys.
Now, despite my attempts to contact you via calls and emails, none of you have bothered to respond.
I would like to request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I believe that OLACARS values its customers and will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. I am available to discuss this further and provide any additional information you may need.
