Respected Sir,
I’m Susanta Kumar Behera from Cuttack, Odisha. My mobile number is 6370645155. I have ordered a mobile phone from your online shopping company ‘MYNOTCHPHONE’ before two days on 13th July 2020 at 9.30 pm Monday. But the order was cancelled automatically after paying his demand amount RS. 3999.00 through by my debit card and debited the amount from my account. I lost my amount and I didn’t get the item also. When I have reached to the associate of the company yesterday 9.30pm by the customer care contact number. 7602795083 and 8388070998 for refund the amount and he said that don’t worry sir, please give me your bank details quickly within one hour otherwise we can’t do anything. That’s why I gave my bank account details. Then I saw that RS. 51,769.00 was debited from my account automatically.
Debited Details:
13th July 2020 – 3999.00 at 9.30pm
14th July 2020 – 10088.00 at 10.21pm, Again 10088.00 at 10.23pm,
13905.00 at 10.35pm,
9999.00 at 10.36 pm,
3500.00 at 10.42pm,
and at last 190.00 at 10.44 pm.
So I request you to Sir please help me to refund my debited amount and take immediate action against to your company customer officers. Otherwise I will compliant in CBI and Crime branch office for inquiry. And I have all proof against your company that your officer had called me again and again minimum 28 times in this number 8388070998, 7602795083 to get all details and refund my amount.
