I am Mrs.Debolina Mitra,wife of Mr.Arijit kumar Mitra, a customer of the Tatasky Binge.My subscription ID is :- 1262413386. I have been facing a problem with the binge app since last 10-12 days.As you may know that binge allows some of the app subscription in it, Hotstar is also included in the binge app.I have been viewing the tv serials that are pre- uploaded to the app on the day of telecast. Initially Binge gave me the provision of wathching those pre- uploaded episodes on Hotstar,that is I could watch them way before it’s telecast on television.l could watch them on my cell phone. But now since last few days l am not being able to watch those pre-uploaded episodes on my cell phone where as l can watch them on television through the app before telecast as it should be.
I have complained about this matter to the customer care and co-operated with the consultants to my level best and also provided all sorts of information demanded by them but got no positive results.They are calling me repeatatively for different information and all and this is creating a lot of problems for me.l am a housewife basically and it’s been very difficult for me to always respond to the calls and emails as per their requirement.Still I managed to co-operate them to my level best but still no positive results are there.
It is my earnest request to you to please help me out regarding this matter by sending any kind of assistance who come and resolve the problem in person and not virtually on phone or through email.

We recharged for one month + app plan but next day Tata sky deducted my Rs 50 by default giving nonsense reason
