Dear,
I have been a satisfied customer with jio,since long time. But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception.i am facing the lot of problem with call drop,voice drop,call discontection. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me.
And regarding to internet service,recently I have experienced severe interruptions to my Internet as well as slow speeds.I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If you cannot guarantee service, I will have to move to another provider. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection.

In this situation, I would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority. Thanks
