This is to inform that my name is Jyotirmoy Kalita and I reside at Dhupguri-Bonda,Assam-781026 (26°11’44.3″N 91°50’17.5″E
Guwahati, Assam)
I am using your services for a long time but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and most importantly the internet barely works at a good speed. I being an IT job holder have to face a lot of issues making it difficult for me to use internet because of the lack of network. Moreover I have been sending complaint mails to the providers many a times but received no solution what so ever. I request you to kindly get the issue resolved by improving the quality of services I am being offered, or I might be forced to port to another company for getting a good internet connection and calling quality.
I expect a good response from your side at the earliest and also believe I would be hearing a positive response.
