order reference number # 406-9110307-9462717 , kindly take action to deliver the product or refund the amount of RS # 698.00 immediately.
Actually I ordered 4 products at the beginning and then I cancelled one product from subjected order reference, so another product delivery of this order has to be done and items not delivered yet but this product payment is received (invoice copy attached: CJB1-796)by your Amazon agent who came to deliver along with the first order ref. Of # 406-7207752-3947551 .
And then I booked the replacement order for this with item not delivered option, now your agent asking for the old product to replace of delivery of this to deliver the Tracking ID: 320400457656 .
I hope you understand the issue . And looking for immediate response from your side.
Please arrange the delivery as soon as possible.
