Text of Complaint by HS sharma:

On 11 January, 2020 at around 10:13 am I placed a order from ezee phone ..I made a payment of 4499 for the mobile. Amount was deducted but I didn’t recieve any confirmation message or call. When I called their executive they assured me to refund within 10 minutes but I didn’t recieve refund. I have call recording of the conversation we had. You are requested to take strict action regarding this fraud and make my amount refunded.
